By accessing the Butcher & Sauce platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. The Order Protocol

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Prices for our artisanal products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Delivery & Dispatch

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to external factors. The Master Butcher ensures all products leave our facility in pristine condition.

4. Returns & Quality Assurance

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your cut, please contact the Master Preparation Center immediately for resolution.
